this was a pretty tough challenge, it was lots of fun tho!

for those unfamiliar, no return mode is as the name implies, a mode where you aren't allowed to return to the tile you were previously on. this is indicated by a red square of death that follows you around. if you do step back onto the red tile, you will be rewarded with half a heart of damage, which for aria is the same as any amount of damage.

this run in particular was pretty smooth, i managed to keep my potion all the way until the golden lute fight! then things went horribly off the rails with the game deciding to give me two skeleton knights at the start of the boss and forcing me to play the fight slowly...
