at the time of this video's upload this character was the oldest uncleared modded character, being released August 12th of 2022 (about 10 months before this video)

greg's mechanics are that he is forced to move in a randomly chosen direction every 4 beats. when he will move is given by the countdown at the bottom of the screen (he does his forced random move on 4), and where he will move is indicated by the square that moves around, giving the player the ability to see where theyre gonna go and plan around it

this may seem simple, but in practice it's a lot harder to grapple with than it seems, especially when you only have half a heart and no armor available to find (bats can't wear armor)
