3If you have purchased a new computer recently and it is running Windows 11, and ARK survival evolved is crashing like crazy, be aware the Wildcard tech support folk aren't going to help you. They are too busy trying to stay ahead of all the complaints they are getting and you will notice when you make a request for help, there is always a message in the upper corner saying traffic is heavy. It may take three, or more days to get an actual response other than the automated one saying the request for support was received, but what you will get is a long list of things to do. If you soon discover what they are asking you to check is well beyond your personal knowledge and comfort zone, well, that is too bad. The only other solution they offer is to take your computer to a shop and ask them to fix the game so it stops crashing. All I can say to that is WOW!! They want me to spend another $100, or so to get ARK survival evolved working again? I have trouble thinking of this situation as customer support.
