In episode 10 the security dome is added and the new star port is placed since I hope to allow visitors to land and pay for using base assets soon, but first I need to install a few other protection measures. The security guards need to be armed, or if raiders attack the base, they will be near useless and die easy. The primary purpose of the telescope (Control Center) is to keep an eye out for meteorites, and control the lasers that can take them out if they are going to hit the base. The guards duty is to keep raiders under control and prevent specialist from getting killed. In the next episode those skills will become important.
