Here's my attempt at Arknights 3-8 using only 3-star Operators.

Sorry Vanilla, I was a little slow so you had to KO. I will remember you.

Anyway not all are max level / max skill. You can replace them with better operators and it gets easier.

My focus is to get that boss settled early. Just hold him back with a defender, I use 2 medics to keep the defender alive. Beagle is pretty tanky you know, and with Lava and Nightmare providing the DPS.
