The DayZ Mod DMR was one of the most iconic weapons in the game and I tried my best to emulate the look, feel and functionality in Esacpe from Tarkov. The biggest difference is the optic. I could have ran with a number of different choices, but I felt the FF-4-16 was the best. A march tactical would cosmetically suit the weapon more, but wouldn't function the same.
