A quick little demonstration of me logging onto an Arma Reforger Server with a long list of mods, some of which are big downloads such as RHS Status Quo, using my baby Xbox console, the Xbox Series S.
The answer to this question is yes, you can access and get into highly modded Arma Reforger Servers using your Xbox Console, but just bear in mind the download time for the mods, and that I don't think on Xbox that the Reforger Workshop will download mods in the background while you play another game, you have to be in the Reforger Menus, and you may well get download errors and have to try again.
The Arma Reforger Community Server I'm logging into to demonstrate this is "W.C.S. Realism NATO/RUS New Everon Conflict", a "Modern Warfare" take on Reforger, with Night Vision Goggles, modern weapons and a whole host of extra helicopters and vehicles.
At the time of recording this video PlayStation Consoles cannot download mods & therefore cannot access & play modded Arma Reforger servers.
