If you're wondering there are very few fights outright exclusive to New Game + but instead these fights are for the alternate choices and routes you could make along with one or two exclusive fights. With the exception of one boss in NG+ I intentionally skipped because it ties more into the NG++ storyline so I'll save it for that fight. Otherwise there's mostly just bosses on the routes I didn't take or bosses I outright missed in my first playthrough.
