After 9 Hours, in total, of attempts, 621 with his AC Loader 4 manages to win the battle against IBIS No Hit and without OS Tuning. What an insane run this was. 2nd Phase I was anxious, especially when I saw the Charged Lasers as I had to avoid them and while I know how to do it it's not easy to do and most likely it would result in getting at least 1 hit losing the run. You probably notice that I made some changes on some of his attacks. I simply found better ways to avoid them and wow I'm impressed on the Bird Attack. Still have to get the gist of it but it should be a dodge 100%, with the only thing being understanding where IB-01 CEL 240 lands so it can be punished.
