The one who gets bullied every single time now bullies IB-01 CEL 240. It was a close fight as the Ransetsu AR wasn't managing to hit whenever it was needed and the Active Homing Missiles are pretty awful at times (luckily now with the new 1.03.1 update they got buffed. This was done on 1.03)
but they saved the run at 6:31, the real MVP of the run.
Aside from the fact that uses a different rifle and different missiles this build is not much different from Starter AC so it has to played similarly. Must pay attention to how much stagger IBIS has to determine if a Pulse Blade Combo will actually stagger.
