The Army has launched a campaign to recruit thousands of new full and part time soldiers.

Research has found most people think the job is only about combat roles with half not realising they can join up for a career focussed on fitness or IT.

Defence Secretary Philip Hammond says it's essential, despite thousands more redundancies planned by the service.
