At this year's Singapore 7s rugby, the Army was represented by the Flying Kukris from Brunei Garrison.

The team have just returned from a tour of Afghanistan and had no time to practise ahead of the tournament.

Their lack of preparation meant they were never likely to win, but they put in a good performance, only losing in one of the finals to the Royal New Zealand Navy 21 points to 17.
