Arrest of a Stone Buddha is certainly a unique indie, even considering how unique the indie market is as a whole. You take control of a gun for hire, to walk in his shoes as he blazes his own trail, right through massive hordes of would-be opponents. 1/2 of the game is intense combat, requiring quick recognition of opponent types (only 3), and a constant focus on your ammo count (no meter or count). Breaking necks and cashing checks is the name of the game in Arrest of a stone Buddha, if by "necks" you mean "arms", and by "cashing checks" you mean.... "wasting a lot of time between missions". XD
