ARRP 2012 - Mutant Aliens!
7Hey, where have we seen this before?
So chronologically this is the first ARRP 2012 first (besides the intro) and I still don't know how I'm going to be "doing" this. Of course there will be links to the games (and likely their changelogs) but it's hard to showcase an update unless the update packs a very specific punch that can be shown, especially in comparison to previous versions. This video is a good example of that: while there appears to be a whole ton of updated features and improvements, I'm not sure I truly noticed any of it.
If you didn't check out Mutant Aliens! last time around, I'd suggest doing so this time. It's a quick game but it has a good relative depth and requires a level of tactical understanding I clearly didn't have when recording. Overall I'd say it feels more polished, which is mostly all you can expect from 7DRL updates that don't completely change the game.
