No good RPG game would be complete without some hardcore crypt-looting. Arx Fatalis has one of the finer crypts I've yet seen in a game. Not only does it feature 5 levels of undead madness, it also has innumerable switches and a really creepy atmosphere. Oh, and you actually need to stake Zombies through the heart in order to kill them. Otherwise, they stand back up! Stakes can be made by using a dagger with various pieces of wood. Here I disturb some more undead and bust open some graves to loot the corpses of people that have been laid to rest.

Arx Fatalis is an underrated first-person RPG developed by the French Arkane Studios. The game draws heavily from the classic Ultima Underworld games to create a game with a very strong atmosphere.

For those who didn't get the game at GOG.Com, here's a patch that will upgrade your patch to v1.19. Arkane Studios made this patch for GOG so users would be able to run the game in higher resolution.

P.S.: I apologize for the rather terrible quality of the video. Recording gameplay is rather taxing on my low-end PC. So don't bother watching it in HD.
