So this past weekend was rough for Intrepid Studios and Ashes of Creation. They released the poorly received Creative Director’s letter, they recovered slightly with their livestream, and they officially announced the delay of both Alpha 1 of the MMORPG and the delay of the Launch of the MMORPG. Rough week for any game company to have.

They released this blog “10 Facts about Castle Sieges in the MMORPG” which really I think feels like something rushed to get out. There are a lot of things missing from this blog, little things like specific numbers (Castles get 3 nodes), the piece about each of the 5 castles ruling 20% of the world, etc. I think they pushed something out to get something out, but they missed the mark a little bit.

I would have rather seen “5 Facts about Castle Sieges” in the MMORPG and had them been a little more comprehensive, rather than 10 rushed things.
