Paradox Interactive has got to be one of my favorite publishers, not just because they put out Battletech, not just because they bought White-Wolf, but because they put out games that challenge you as a player. They don’t spoon feed you, they make you figure it out for yourself. Sometimes this doesn’t go as planned and they end up making a game too difficult.

I had a chance to do a game review on Cities Skylines during a Twitch Stream, and I have to say I think they nailed this one. I’ve always been a huge Sim City Fan and this is a direct competitor that game. I think it’s very well done, but enough text, let’s jump in and take a look.
