So, I get most things about Ashes of Creation right. Sometimes I get something wrong, and on this one I got it really wrong and unfortunately it has the consequence of some negative effects on some players. All I can do is say I’m sorry, I got it wrong, and explain the situation and what the new truths are.

I was under the impression that there were in-game obtainable versions of the cosmetics that were offered in the cash shop. Unfortunately I either missed the part of the November livestream where Margaret talks about it, or I was suffering from Confirmation Bias and I thought I understood it. Either way there was a reddit thread that popped up about cosmetics this weekend and we ended up getting a solid confirmation about the way of the world from Steven.
