As somebody who has suffered from terrible insomnia and quite a bit of anxiety for many, many years, I have become enamored with ASMR. ASMR has helped me get through a lot of struggles in life and continues to do so. So much so that I want to pay it forward to all of you. So here we are!
In this video, you will be given a scenario to imagine yourself in that will guide you into a state of relaxation, followed by trigger words (all accompanied by fluffy mic brushing).
