Story: After Desmond found himself abducted by scientists in the Abstergo Industry, and is forced to use Animus to uncover the Location of Pieces of Eden. Thanks to the Bleeding Effect, Desmond was able to see some strange symbols on the wall which need to be decrypted.
The story is the further continuation of Assassins Creed 1, where Lucy Stillman helps Desmond Miles escaping the Facility. Using Animus, Lucy learns that there is another DNA Memory linked to Desmond which was from Ezio Auditore, an assassin born in the Italian Renaissance. Now this time, Desmond will have to learn everything from Ezio such that he can fight against Abstergo Industries and end the conflict between Assassins and Templars.
Walkthrough 19: During the Cruise towards Venice or Venezia, after helping Caterina Sforza. Communication with the Animus Broke. When Desmond Miles got awaken. Its been a while, Lucy Stillman, requests Desmond to Test his New Skills by Giving Him Targets. During this Training, Desmond sees different things from the Memories of his Ancestors Ezio Auditore da Firenze leading into a Bleeding Effect caused by the use of Animus. Moreover, he then goes into the Body of Altair Ibn La Ahad, while following his Target. Then Desmond Miles got to know the Lover of Altair Ibn La Ahad i.e Maria Thorpe. And he awakes from his Dream.
