Each of the Godai Shinobi is located in a different region: the Godai of Earth resides in Hijiyama, Iga; the Godai of Fire is found near Mount Hiei in western Omi; the Godai of Wind lurks in Shimagahara Valley, Iga; the Godai of Water awaits at Mangetsuji Temple on the western coast of Lake Biwa; and the Godai of Void hides in a cave northeast of Nagahama. As players track down and defeat each of these targets, they are rewarded with powerful items, such as Epic Tanto weapons, special engravings that enhance combat skills, Mastery Points, and Mon, the in-game currency. For example, defeating the Godai of Fire grants the “Cindersteel” Epic Tanto and an engraving that boosts armor damage at the end of combos.

Completing the full questline not only offers a substantial experience boost—5,500 XP—but also unlocks valuable new abilities: “Assassination Damage II” for Yasuke and “Assassination Damage III” for Naoe, significantly increasing their stealth lethality. "The Godai Shinobi" mission enriches the overall narrative by exploring themes of betrayal, lost honor, and the moral complexities of the shinobi path, all while offering tangible upgrades that benefit players in later challenges across feudal Japan.

The Godai of Void is located in a secluded cave northeast of Nagahama, near the Odani Destroyed Tenshu Viewpoint in the Omi region. To locate him, players must first gather clues by exploring the area around the Daikichiji Temple. Inside a dilapidated house southeast of the viewpoint tower, you'll find an "Odani Ruins Letter" that provides insight into the Godai of Void's whereabouts
Upon approaching the cave, the Godai of Void will feign ignorance before launching a surprise attack using a smoke bomb. He is a formidable opponent, relying on heavy kick attacks and swift sword strikes. Defeating him requires careful timing and strategic combat
After his defeat, players will receive the "Call of the Void" Epic Tanto, which offers significant boosts to weapon DPS, posture DPS, ability damage, and vulnerable damage. Additionally, an engraving that increases damage on tagged enemies is unlocked, along with 2 Mastery Points and 295 Mon .
Completing this mission not only brings you closer to finishing "The Godai Shinobi" questline but also provides valuable rewards that enhance your character's combat abilities, making it a crucial step in your journey through feudal Japan.
