Zone 3: Security Station
So... a couple months ago, I realized that the 8th anniversary(!) of AAC's official release was coming up in September... and I started thinking... I'd never actually recorded a full Campaign playthrough with the title character. It's something I'd kinda been meaning to do at some point... but apparently never quite got around to. ^.^;
Perhaps similarly, a VPC3 full Campaign playthrough is also something I'd kinda been meaning to try for a while now...
So I decided to do both. =)

So that's basically the short version of the story behind this run (slightly longer version in the Description for the Zone 1 video). =) I had a lot of fun recording it, so... hope you enjoy!
Zone 3 - Security Station:
0:01 3-1: Checkpoint
3:34 3-2: Transit
7:49 3-3: Heat

Zone 3 notes:
- From this point on, this is the first time I've seen the VPC3 versions of these levels. ^^;
- For the normal levels in Zone 3, I've played the VPC4 versions enough that I figured I could probably(?) apply a good number of lessons and strategies learned to the VPC3 versions as well...
- ...but I was a bit more worried about the Boss battle. Justice has a lot of health to begin with, so when you add the extra health he gets from VPC3... if things start to go badly, things could easily go very badly very quickly...
- As it turns out, I was right to be worried about the Justice battle. But since this was supposed to be a test run, I figured looking at the ways in which the battle failed would help me figure out some better strats for next time (e.g. looking at it now, some slightly better Phase 1 strats definitely would've led to a better Phase 2), so even a failed battle wouldn't be a total loss... ^_^
- ...but somehow, Cactus, stubbornly refusing to fail, pushed past all of the mistakes I'd made, and somehow, actually came through with the win... with a mere fraction of a second of battery left. ^^;;
- Heh. ^^; Honestly, after the way Phases 1 and 2 had gone, I was almost positive the run was going to end here, but... I guess the test run continues! Next up: Zone 4! =)
