So, Starch vs. VPC4 Collider+ was a lot of fun, so I thought I'd try another character... and I chose Holly. =)
As usual for Collider and Collider+, figuring out a character-specific opening strategy definitely took some time and testing and adjusting... but once I found something that seemed to work fairly well for Holly, things started going a bit better. ^^ There were definitely still some tough spots later on, but eventually... this run happened! ^^
In this particular run, despite that moment in the "jellyfish and mines" phase where the run almost came to an end... the rest of the run actually went pretty well, including a Liquorice battle that definitely went a lot more smoothly than the last time I'd gotten there. =)
So anyway, here it is... my first ever Holly vs. VPC4 Collider+ S+! Hope you enjoy!
A couple minorly interesting/amusing moments from this run:
2:09 As some of you probably suspect, I was trying for the Accelerate here. Unfortunately, it changed to a Shutdown right before Holly grabbed it. =/ Fortunately, there was another Accelerate nearby, though. =)
2:42 Heh, I was so focused on the battery timing here that I didn't notice that spike mine creeping in from the left until it was too late for Holly to avoid it. ^^;;
