And I drifted off to sleep,
never to do so again.
I describe them as empty and nothing.
But in reality they're so full,
so real.
They can only really be described as nightmares.
But I know what happened in them was real.
I didn't want to ever be her again.
That horrified girl.
I clung to the idea it was fake,
that it couldn't have been me.
I forced myself to change.
Not for others but for me.
If I didn’t see myself like that again then it couldn’t have been real.
But no matter what,
I'm still her in my dreams.
Lost in the Stars is a webcomic I tried to make back in 2018. It never really went any where.
