Hello!
Here is a way to jump on the blocks in the after-analyzer section of F09's Astral Plane section. Saves like 10s? (need confirmation)

Position yourself on the tiny ramp by the entrance of the section as shown in the vid, then do the following inputs (starting with the assault attack, what's before doesn't matter) :
assault attack with baton form X-Baton and Beast equipped; press the cancel button right after calling Beast to make Beast disappear; recall Beast (it will be in the air if done right); chain jump and roll backwards until you can jump on the blocks (here i only needed to do it once) so that Beast both stays in the air and moves backwards while ensuring you don't fall into the void; chain jump; finally, mount Beast then dodge forward to jump on the blocks.

Tips :
~ to save the most time you'll need to make Beast jump over the void on the left, otherwise the cutscene showing the blocks will interrupt you and put you on the ground.
~ you can do it on the right side for more safety but you'll need to view the cutscene thus losing a little bit of time.

I haven't found a way to make it possible in the NG run (i.e. not requiring assault attack which is on the lvl5 baton while NG only has access to lvl4 baton at this point), so feel free to let me know if someone finds something!
