In this Astroneer 0.6.0 gameplay video we check out the biggest update yet for this space survival and exploration game, the Astroneer Base Building Update!

We see how the new bases works, offering a modular and fully customisation placement system based on fabricating and building platforms, upon which your new modules sit on and draw power.

The new Astroneer power system means that power is streamed throughout your base using new cables and cable connectors that you can hook up any way you wish.

We also look at how Astroneer fabricators work and how the base platforms are now free standing and can be moved wherever you wish. We look at the replacement version of the Astroneer habitat module and the all-new landing pad, where crates are delivered and ships can land for multiplayer (and new lives), in this Astroneer Base Building Update gameplay video for version 0.6.0.
