We continue to see how the new Basebuilding System works, seeing how to unlock power extenders and how to use them to move power across greater distances instead of directly between module platforms.

We also do a bunch of new research, including unlocking the old-style vehicle bay where we slowly build a rover, although running research AND a vehicle bay proves a little too much for our power network!

We finally take the rover for a spin, to see if it feels more stable than before after tweaks to the gravity, in this Astroneer Basebuilding Update gameplay part 2 video.
