This is a pretty difficult trick to consistently pull off in an Any% Speedrun.

Q. How often do you zip with the shuttle during an Any% Speedrun?
A. Very yes.

Q. How did you get through the forcefield?
A. Using the shuttle zip tech... you just smash yourself into the force field. If you do it good, you end up on the other side. If you do it bad, you end up on the outside still, and need to set the shuttle back up in the air, and retry it.

If you end up inside of the purple geometry, don't let go of the shuttle! Keep holding it until you pop back into bounds!

Q. Why did you record the first bit at night, where it's hard to see anything?
