Hey everyone and welcome to Astro's Playroom on the PlayStation 5.

This game came installed on the console and shows off all the abilities of the PlayStation 5 controller. The game also focuses on the Progression of the PlayStation over the years.

We first meet Astro whilst learning the controls, before being taken to the CPU Plaza. I really enjoyed how you play and work your way through different parts of the console to explore and find PlayStation artefacts.

Firstly we head to the GPU Jungle to explore a new area. This areas environment is absolutely stunning, the colours really pop off the screen and the gameplay runs very smooth. There is loads to collect and explore around the area, and also robots based on characters from other games. How many do you know?

Whilst exploring we learn some new game mechanics that cam help us progress through the game and collect all of the hidden items. Even though there is a lot we are able to do the button mapping is position really well and it is a very enjoyable experience.

In this area we also fine a monkey suit that allows us to climb up walls, this section gives us a new way to play by using the motion sensor on the PlayStation pad to move the direction the monkey is moving. Its interesting to see all of the core features of the pad being used in one game.
