At Least They Tried..? - Paper Mario: Color Splash
509Just like the Wii U, it’s no secret that Paper Mario Color Splash was a massive disappointment. Its announcement during a 2016 Nintendo Direct was confirmation that the formula established with the N64 original and The Thousand Year Door was truly dead. Paper Mario Sticker Star wasn’t just some one-off experiment like we had hoped, it was the new direction for the series. But, is this truly just Sticker Star 2? Or is Color Splash a step in the right direction for this new style of Paper Mario?
