A side-scrolling action game in which you pop balloons to earn points. At the top of the screen, a wall of white, blue, and red balloons will appear. Catching a clown on the teeter-totter and bouncing him up to the balloons is the only way to pop them. Utilize the regulator to move the seesaw across the screen to get the comedians. You'll get points for popping a balloon each time a clown does so. There are five clowns or turns given to each player. A clown will crash into the ground and vanish from the playfield if you are unable to catch him on the teeter-totter. Another clown will bounce off the trampoline from either the right or left corner of the playfield when you press the controller button. After five jokesters have crashed the game is finished. Except for where the other clown is sitting, which causes them to crash, the clowns can land on any point on the teeter-totter.
