6In which I play "Arax", published in 1987 by Com-Art Software, written by Martin Horst. This bears some similarity to Xevious, or a bit to Terra Cresta, but it is not over-poweringly similar to either of those. It's a decent game, and fun, but quite difficult and unforgiving. You have one fighter, you can use either guns or bombs as weapons (switch between the two with the space bar), and a shield which can take only a few hits.
