In which I play "Moogles", published in 1983 by Sirius Software, and written by David Manginelli. It's a nice enough action puzzler game where the goal is to get all of the (presumably) Moogles safely out of the maze by orienting arrows to affect their paths. Of course, as they traverse the arrows, they change to orientation, which really mucks up the player's plans. They also cannot tolerate running into each other. And ... that's about it. Not too much depth here, nor is there any progression of features to make it more interesting.
