9In which I play "Solo Flight", developed by the very-famous-in-the-future Mr. Sid Meier and published by MicroProse Software in 1983. This is a flight simulator. It had to be one of the early-ish ones, but I cannot say that I am a student of the genre. Not in the least, actually. While I can sort-of understand the appeal of these sorts of games, intellectually, I've never played them much, and am not really attracted to playing them. There's a lot to know to play these games properly.
