2,371ATHLEAN-X uses 'fake weights', apparently. If you're like me this may make no sense, but it ultimately means that when he is training in his videos, a 45lb/20kg plate is actually 20lbs/10kg, or something like that. Does this matter? Should we care? Or is ATHLEAN-X'S information and advice more important?
