In the Atomfall late game you'll want to have resistance from the infected areas beyond what the "Strange Tonic" from Mother Jago offers, so in this video I show you how to get the special vaccine by finding the key that unlocks the door to the cellar under the church in Wyndham Village.

It's important to note that in order to get this key and the vaccine, you need to have already visited Mother Jago in Casterfell Woods and obtained the ability to craft her Strange Tonic, and also have powered up Data Store Alpha with an Atomic Battery, which will give you access to the Medical Centre in the Interchange.
