Atomfall Windows & Steam PC: How To Download & Fix Blurry, Lo-Res & Broken Graphics Textures
4If you're playing Atomfall on PC, especially on Game Pass Ultimate using the Windows Xbox App, you may find that the textures look terrible. This is most obvious with 360 / PS3 era looking bushes and plants, blurry posters & lo-resolution skins on crates and chests.
The problem is probably that the game is trying to download and renew the games texture pack, but the update process is paused or has an error.
In the Windows Xbox Gamepass app, go to the game and check for updates. If there's an error, try pausing and restarting the download or restarting the app. You may have to go into the games options, manage, files & "verify and repair".
I haven't got Atomfall on Steam PC, but it could get the same problem, so them go into your library, see if there's an update due, and / or right-click the game, properties, installed files, "verify integrity of game files."
