So this is Attack on Titan Wings of Freedom running on the GTX 750 Ti PNY Performance OC Edition 2GB GDDR5 VRAM.
The Reason I disabled shadows is because on 720p it takes a 10fps hit, on 900p it takes a 10-12fps hit, and on 1080p it takes a 10-20fps hit and this would be on the lowest shadow setting "Low" not even high. Also the reason the video looks bright is because, Nvidia Share/Shadowplay Screwed up and everytime i record this game it is super dark, so I brightened the video and upped the contrast of it.
