Attempting Cursed Doom on UV
36A helpful comment on my first showcase of cursed doom showed me how to configure the controls, so I decided to do a real attempt. This is only a couple levels of knee deep in the dead. It's very...nervewracking.
This particular mod makes it so PI is only its proper value when you are at 100 health, so you can't take any damage or pick up small health vials or else it gets harder to aim and navigate. It doesn't help that I forgot to unbind mouse back/forward, lol. That's why I fell backward into the death trap in E1M3. I didn't notice I was pulling the mouse back.
I may attempt the rest at a later time, but first I need to figure out why the last 10GB of free space on my hard drive abruptly vanished.
