AWESOME Customer Support From Samsung When Returning My Galaxy Z Flip 4
9Just a very quick video to let people know how I got on with Samsung when returning my Galaxy Z Flip 4 for a replacement.
In a previous video I had shown an issue that developed with my Flip 4 where some paint had flaked off the hinge. In that video I said I was going to return the Flip 4 for an exchange and that I would let people know how I got on with the return process.
The bottom line is this. The support person at Samsung was absolutely awesome and made the whole process for returning the phone very easy and totally painless.
