Screw "Eggman". Robotnik on the Genesis was the man at his best. In honour of that, here are all of the themes that play during the final battles of each main Sonic game on the Genesis.

This includes:

Final Zone: Not much to say about this one, but it's pretty addictive.
Death Egg: Fearsome. Fitting for one of the hardest bosses I've ever fought.
Big Arm: WHOA. This is absolute epicness. The Big Arm was pretty tough and this music reflects that. The darkening skies can't be a good thing...
Doomsday Zone: This is madness!!! Personally, I think this fits Super Mecha Sonic more, but this is epic either way. Whether it's for an epic battle in space of a battle with a Sonic robot (in a Super form, no less!) this theme is kickass through and through.
