A lot of cheap gaming consoles from the 70's and early 80's uses this game-on-a-chip solution from General Instruments, and in this video I demonstrate a handy hack that will help you troubleshoot such machines by verifying the output of the chip - and also a way to play the game without having an RF enabled television.
