AYN Odin 2 GameCube Emulation (with Daijisho) – Need for Speed: Carbon
10In this video, I'm showcasing Need for Speed: Carbon gameplay as an example of GameCube emulation on my AYN Odin 2 (with Daijisho) and it’s handling GameCube emulation like a boss!
For a better performance, use the ‘Dolphin’ emulator and not the ‘Dolphin for Handheld’. Also, I recommend getting it from the internet and not the Play Store version (which could be outdated and contains ads), you can get the 1st development version (Android) here: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
My (recommended) settings:
For my game roms, I’m using ‘rvz’ files
My aspect ratio is set to 16:9
Settings – Config – General – Enable Savestates
Settings – Graphics Settings – Enhancement – Internal Resolution – 3x Native for 1080p
Settings – GameCube Input – GameCube Controller 1 – Buttons (map your controllers)
To remove touchscreen controls, press the ‘back’ button – Overlay Controls – Toggle Controls – Toggle All
