0:00 Farming at Sea
Not only do I explore the interior of the Inexilium II a bit, I also go to the bottom part of the map in the ship, allowing me to occasionally encounter Water Elementals and Giant Squids. Both can rarely drop Essence of Water and the squid can drop Superior Leather. Sadly, stealing from the elementals won't yield the essence.
2:31 Special Group Tier
Many of the enemies here can drop Superior Leather. The Dark Chimera in the second match is a guaranteed Superior Leather steal. However, the White Dragon can inflict the freeze status, which sucks.
13:32 Special Solo Tier w/Bruger
This one is a bit hard when some enemies can outspeed him. Even at level 70, I had a few close calls. Once you finish this gauntlet, Agramed will challenge Bruger to a duel.
25:35 Boss: Agramed
This is much harder than their previous duel, since Agramed has a lot more buff skills to work with. His regen buff makes him very hard to kill even at level 70. I had to keep Bruger at low HP and have him use Ulgar's Bracers to squeeze out some extra damage, allowing me enough DPS to overcome the regen. If Agramed has an evasion buff, you should use multihit attacks.
Afterwards, you may want to spend some time farming the Special Group Tier to get more GP and Superior Leather.
32:36 Kaizul Jungle
You'll run into Kaizul warriors on the way to Azcotitlan. They're pretty weak at this point of the game, so maybe I should have done this part before some of the harder sidequests.
38:23 Azcotitlan
This town has only hostiles in it, so you may have to fight a few mobs while examining every object for items. Additionally, one of these symbol encounters in the NE sector will drop Hezerac's Hood.
44:57 Enra'Jahren - Temple of Azcol
This place has plenty of traps and will probably push you up to the max trap level. At the throne room, you'll meet Azcol, who reveals that he's one of the First Men/Gauf. He's behind the curse causing the Zaardun plainmens' magic to go out of control, since he's a dick. However, the party threatens him by pointing out that even Adramelech isn't immortal, though we neglect to mention that Virgil was the one who killed him. If you agree to spare Azcol, he'll show you the cannon generator, but then attack you anyways.
53:49 Boss: Azcol
A lot of bosses seem to like using Bruger's Frenzy buff, probably knowing I can't dispel or overwrite it. He'll drop Olto's Scepter and Azcol's Mirror, but neither can be equipped. The mirror can be forged into a powerful shield though.
Now that Azcol is dead, this is the perfect time to resolve the problems of Zaardun and figure out how to lift his curse.
