Hello Friends, this is the Aztech Sound Galaxy NX II - I38-MMSD801 - (I accidentaly wrote NX Pro in the video) I recently bought this card on ebay, and it is in excellent condition. Even the volume dial works fine and the sound output is crystal clear - something that isn't common for a card of this age, even bus noise is not an issue. The main IC is the AZTSSPT0592-U01 wich implements the Covox Speech Thing functionallity (a topic for a further video for sure) as well asAdlib and Sound Blaster compatibility. The card lacks a MPU401 interface so wavetables are not an opion here. For Adlib compatility the card features the Yamaha YM3812-F OPL2 FM. Overall it is a beautiful card with the yellowish Aztech-coloured PCB, isn't it?

The music is the River Divide level music from Planet X3, a game developed by the famous 8bit guy.

Test setup is a PCChips 386SX 40Mhz system, running MS-DOS 6.2.
