Hello friends, beside soundcards, wavetable modules and midi modules i'm also very interested in the history of graphics cards. In a previous video i'd benchmarked some of my PCI VGA cards, and now its time to benchmark my ISA-cards. (In a further video I'll do the same with my VLB-cards)

What do you think about the results? I was surprised how slow the Trident is, and how fast the old ATI Wonder is. The OTI 1067 was faster than i expected, and the S3 slower. Maybe in windows 3.1 with its GUI the performance will depend more on the drivers and we would get another result?

Music is level 20 Music from ID-Softwares Doom 2 (1994). Its played via General Midi on Kawai GMega Midi synthesizer wich I'll present you in another video sometimes. Its candy to the ears, isn't it?
