Baby Entity Models | MCreator
62This tutorial covers the setup process for a system I made to create baby creatures. Due to the complexity of the concept I can't cover step by step process of building the procedures though if you are interested in anything specific regarding the procedures feel free to let me know in the comments and I might be able to do a tutorial in the procedure series I have on my channel.
► Mechanics
With this being said, the project uses three entities that include breeding mechanics, growth mechanics, and feeding mechanics across the base, breeding and baby entity states. Using an entity state system it allows full control over most of the settings for each entity.
► Advanced Warning
One thing to note is this is not a great tutorial for people just starting with MCreator or not familiar with entities or procedure blocks and/or AI tasks and Minecraft mechanics.
The chances of an inexperienced user thinking this does not work are pretty high so please keep this in mind when using the script. It does work but can be hard for someone not experienced with the techniques I am using to get it to work.
