Realms of the Haunting is a very short-lived series on DOS, released in 1996 Realms of the Haunting is an action-adventure game with survival horror and puzzle elements. The game was developed by British developer Gremlin Interactive who also published the European release of the game, Interplay would publish the US release of the game.
Realms of the Haunting did not receive a sequel, the following year in 1997 a special edition of the game was released in the UK and featured a Director's cut extended 8 minute video introduction and a Making of Realms of the Haunting.
In 2011 the game was re-released on Windows worldwide on Steam and GOG.com, Linux and Mac releases would follow in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
