162The Tenants continues and Landlord Betty works hard to renovate many, many properties. She truly is the renovation master! She works on a lot of different places, ranging from yet another office through to a gym. Of course Uncle Steve is quite heavily involved and we're able to pop a lot of items into storage for use later on.
There's also a few babysitting jobs to bring in the money and in fact our money is looking very good indeed, particularly with the income from our slums properties.
With our renovation works completed, we get a new goal to sign a very lucrative contract, so this does lead us to a very important question: what house do we buy? Do we go for something relatively cheap and furnish it well or do we go for a large house and try to furnish it as best we can?

Decide which tenants you want to make business with. React to various situations... you never know what's gonna happen: annoyed neighbours, problematic tenants, police involved? Gotta stay alert!
Design your apartments and give them a polished look. Get rid of that old paint and buy some new furniture or just change the floors. Do not overdo it though! The better it looks, the more money you make!
Invest wisely to achieve maximum profit. Keep an eye out for the best bargain, and strike when you see an opportunity. Are you into risky deals, or you just want to play it safe? The choice is yours!
Become a landlord and get involved in real-estate. You are the one in the driver's seat. Stay calm, focused and ready to make your bussiness rise all the way to the top!
