Persona 5 is the sequel to the long running Persona franchise, originally part of the Shin Megami Tensei series. The game was developed by an internal Atlus team, dubbed Persona Team, and published by Sega.

This Try Play is different than most games in the series as we've already played this game before. Along with featuring the first hour of the game, the Persona 5 gameplay commentary found herein discusses the aggressiveness of the game's opening scenes and warns the potential interested buyer to caution themselves if they're easily triggered by the way the NPCs treat the protagonist. With a snappier battle system, an expanded Confidant (read: Social Link) system, and a presentation style that can only truly be unique to the Persona series, Persona 5 stands out as one of the best RPGs of 2017!
